I offer clinical supervision to qualifying and registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists per CRPO Clinical Supervisors' standards. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree. I regularly complete professional development in evidence-based best practices and clinical interventions.

My Philosophy
Are you feeling stuck in distress or hopelessness? Are you ready to find meaning and learn new skills to improve your life? I provide a safe, collaborative, confidential space to support your healing journey. Together we can work toward helping you thrive and live with purpose. It is never easy to ask for help and I recognize your courage, faith, and humility in taking steps to help you thrive, find hope and live purposefully.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT targets current problems and can help you to understand the connection between your thoughts/ thinking, emotions/feelings and actions/behaviours. These impact your beliefs about yourself, your environment and, the people in your environment. Also, CBT helps you to uncover and implement strategies to improve your mindset by targeting negative, irrational and unhelpful thoughts that keep you from thriving. Because this approach is problem-focused and practical it is more effective for someone ready to improve their behaviour and attitudes.
