We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and what EMDR involves, and build grounding skills before any reprocessing begins. There’s no pressure to share details you’re not ready for. Ongoing sessions are structured and guided at your pace. You won’t be asked to relive experiences in detail. Instead, EMDR helps your brain process what feels stuck while we pause, check in, and adjust to ensure you feel supported and in control.
